Patient 1
One stage hairline lowering surgery for a young woman with genetically thin hair and high hairline. This was her natural hairline from birth. The after photos are from 1 year after her surgery.
Patient 2
One Stage Forehead Reduction Surgery: About 6 YEARS after surgery. The patient's hairline was lowered by over 2 inches in one stage WITHOUT a tissue expander.
Patient 3
One stage hairline lowering after 6 months. This surgery moves the hairline while maintaining the scalp's natural hair density.
Patient 4
This gentleman had a one stage forehead reduction using my FROST surgery. He also had a small amount of hair grafting performed to thicken his current scalp. He also had filler placed in the eyes for that Hunter eyes look.
Patient 5
5 YEARS after a one stage hairline lowering and reshaping of the hairline. Notice the increase in density of the hairline due to removal of the thin original hair in the front of the hairline.
Patient 6
Hairline reshaping and forehead reduction in one stage with the FROST procedure. This is 1 YEAR after the surgery. SOmetimes the new hairline is so much more dense than the original that it is helpful to thin it out by plucking a few hair.
Patient 7
Hairline lowering surgery on a man with a one stage surgery, combined with a mild brow lift and contouring of a prominent frontal bone. This surgery was performed through a scalp repositioning allowing the complete release of the scalp from its attachments. This creates a tensionless movement of the entire scalp forward. This is about 6 months after surgery.
Patient 8
This patient is now shown over 8 YEARS after her one stage hairline lowering surgery. The hairline has remained stable for all these years. She credits the surgery as being the greatest thing that has improved her self confidence and self esteem.
Patient 9
Hairline lowering surgery combined with a mild brow lift. This was a one stage surgery with posterior release of the scalp and repositioning, under no tension. This is critical for a long lasting result with superb scarring. This is about 6 months after surgery.
