The Surgeon
Dr. Gal Aharonov is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon practicing in Beverly Hills, California. A Los Angeles native, he attended UCLA before earning his medical degree at Chicago Medical School. He completed general surgery training at UCLA, then head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery training at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, followed by a highly competitive accredited fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery — one of some 30 such fellowship positions in the world.
Known as a pioneer of hairline lowering surgery, Dr. Aharonov has spent his career developing and refining techniques across facial plastic surgery — from deep-plane facelift and neck lift to advanced filler work around the eyes, temples, and forehead. His patients include men and women, and his work with men is known for preserving a masculine appearance: never feminized, never "done."
He operates with a 20-year anesthesia partnership and places every stitch himself. His practice welcomes patients from across the country and around the world.

A Note From Dr. Gal
I operate because I love the moment a patient sees themselves the way they have always felt inside. My rule has never changed: the result has to look natural and balanced. You should look like yourself — rested, refreshed — never "done."
Over the years I have developed and refined techniques, including in hairline surgery, because I was not satisfied with what already existed. Every stitch in my operating room is placed by my own hand.
Outside the office I live a simple life. I measure success by the good I get to do, not by what I accumulate. That gratitude is what I bring into every surgery.
Life Outside
the Office
At home, I'm a husband and a father of three — and that comes first. My wife and I are raising three young children, and I try to bring the same care and intention to my family that I bring to my patients: present, unhurried, and focused on what actually matters.
I'm not a man of things. What I value most can't be bought — slow mornings with my kids, long dinners with family, real time with the people I love. To me, success is measured in presence, not possessions.
That philosophy carries into the office, too. No pressure, no upsell, no pretense — just honest work, done well, for people who trust me with their faces.
And at the end of the day, I want no regrets. I take the best care I can of the people I love and the patients who trust me — so I can sleep well at night knowing I've done my best.
